USDA calls for continued aid to underprivileged farmers too broad

Law360 (June 30, 2021, 7:09 p.m. EDT) – The U.S. Department of Agriculture urged Texas federal judge to limit class action lawsuit proposed by white farmers challenging U.S. bailout loan program for farmers socially disadvantaged, according to the plaintiffs do not have standing to fight against other federal programs which are based on similar classifications.
