nVenia, LLC, a new operating company within Duravant packaging solutions segment formed by combining Arpac, Hamer-Fischbein and Ohlson into a single entity, exhibited at Pack Expo Las Vegas for the first time.
Leveraging the strengths of the Arpac, Hamer, Fischbein and Ohlson product brands, nVenia is a designer, manufacturer and integrator of equipment for primary, secondary and end-of-line packaging solutions. Arpac brand equipment includes shrinkwrappers, tunnels and packers, tray and case erectors and packers, as well as robotic and conventional palletizers. Fischbein brand equipment is the trusted brand for open-mouth bag sewing and closing systems. Hamer branded equipment dominates the industrial bagging automation market, with a comprehensive portfolio of solutions including weighing, forming, filling, sewing, sealing and comprehensive bag management. Ohlson branded equipment is recognized for its robust and highly precise primary packaging lines for weighing, counting and filling all types of packaging, from flexible pouches to jars to rigid containers.
At the Pack Expo Las Vegas, nVenia demonstrated its ability to integrate these four brands together at the Duravant stand.
Currently, nVenia has a bag-in-the-box packaging solution, which is in high demand among its e-commerce users. A Hamer robotic palletizer was at work on the stand, perfectly integrated with an Arpac brand DPM; a compact intermittent motion wrap-around crate and tray wrapper that packed bags of wood pellets into boxes ready for e-commerce.
The Hamer model 2090 was also presented on the nVenia stand; a forming, filling and sealing machine for large bagging operations.
